Washington DC in Autumn

Walking around the monuments in Washington DC in Autumn, last good days of the season before the winter comes… Check out the “Cherry Blossoms” photos from spring 2012 here. One more cool thing from this weekend’s walk around DC; noticed the “Unfinished Pyramid” on The Great Seal of the United States, which we see all the time on the one-dollar-bills.. well here is the real unfinished pyramid, one of the many great Masonic architectures located in DC.

In Alexandria, Virginia

In Alexandria, Virginia

Living so close to the famous Alexandria, Virginia this historic town is one of our favorite places where we like hanging out. Here are some random shots from Old Town; including the “Spite House” built in 1830 this house is only 7-feet wide. Ernie’s Crab House is a great place for.. well crabs (and other sea food). My favorite spot in Old Town is the river front board walk…

Hot Summer Day in Washington DC

It’s going to be a really hot summer day today in Washington, DC. At 8 am this morning, on my way to the metro station I was already having a hard time trying to catch my breath. A record breaking, extremely difficult to breath type of hot summer day… 100 degrees by late afternoon!
